Orders placed before 12 AM CST will be shipped the same day.

Our warehouse is located in China, and we partner with UPS, USPS, FedEx, and other carriers. Standard shipping typically takes 10-15 days. The customer is responsible for shipping costs on non-damaged, non-warranty items of good quality, except for the initial shipment of sharpeners and special promotions.

While we aim to maintain consistent shipping and handling times, delays may occur due to bad weather, high order volumes, or other factors. Orders placed over the weekend may also experience delayed dispatch due to increased workload. During promotions and sales, handling times may extend due to higher order volumes.
